Day 4 - Chapter Operations
On the last day of our discussion, we will wrap up the discussion on publishing and address all chapter operations that need to be conducted. The General Membership Meeting is used to handle many official chapter tasks so that all members may have input on the decisions and activities the chapter is making. The following items represent our agenda for Day 4:
1. First, please review each of the officer reports and submit any questions or comments you have to the Day 4 discussion page.
2. The official 2012 Call for Nominations, which is the beginning of the chapter election process, is announced. It is included below and in the Leadership Succession Chair report - there is a direct link to the 2012 Election page.
3. The annual Omicron Delta scholarships are available. The submission process begins with the General Membership meeting and ends on January 30th. Please review the Scholarship page for more information on the scholarships that we offer. The application is available for download from that page.
4. The final piece of business that the chapter must conclude is an approval of our new bylaws. They have been posted below for your review. We will be sending out a survey at the conclusion of this meeting and your vote on the bylaws will be included.
